Skiing right outside our window
Woke up to fine mountain views and the excitement of hitting the slopes within minutes! The cozy lobby and friendly staff.
Only downside was the noise at night, especially from the occasional snow plough. It might disturb light sleepers. Nevertheless, our stay was good overall.

The location of the hotel is very good. The working people are very nice.
The lobby of the hotel is very small (only 3 tables). In the season when 30 rooms will be full, it seems to be a problem to find a seat in only three tables.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a renovated building close to a nightclub, a ski slope, and Musala pick. Nice pool, comfortable modern and well heated rooms with comfortable beds. Wonderful, incredible location right in the centre. Again, walking distance to Tsarska Bistritsa.

Location close enough to Musala on Sunday morning to late in the day and the forest and the ski slopes. Exceptionally nice breakfast, plenty of meals.

Totally recommend for a quick stopover
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with free wi-fi in rooms, allowing you to stay connected during your visit, and a amazing view of the slopes from the room ensuring a lovely backdrop for your stay.

Perfect ski-in, ski-out access right next to the slopes. The staff at the ski depot provided excellent assistance. The bar area felt cramped in the evenings due to limited seating. Room was clean and spacious, but the breakfast options were quite basic and repetitive.
